John is very knowledgable and did excellent plumbing work for our house. We had an emergency issue and he helped us out immediately. The work he did to fix our issues was very solid. He explained what he was going to do every step of the way. We will definitely be calling John again whenever we have plumbing issues. I highly recommend him.

I asked John to help replace my whole house sediment filter. Over a few days we worked out a plan that fit my need and my budget over email. The installation was really smooth, and the system works like a dream. He set it up so I can change filters even if someone is using the water with a simple bypass. He framed out a mount for the system and secured it to the joists and basement floor, so it's not flopping around like the old system was. I appreciate the pride he takes in his work. Hire John if you want to sleep well at night knowing you had a professional do great work.

I do not recommend this company. A few minutes before he arrived, he told me that there would be a 49.00 dollar travel charge. This was on top of the 127.00 diagnostic fee, that I agreed to pay for. Changing terms right before you show up for a job, is unprofessional. Upset too, because I told him I had health problems, and it would take me a few days to clean up my room and master bathroom before he came. Wasted my time and energy for absolutely nothing. I’m glad I am not doing business with someone like this. In response to your reply. You never stated that there would be a travel fee, nor in any of our conversations. Also on your email, you state that you charge a 24 hour fee if cancelled. But, you did not have the same courtesy for me, knowing that I have health issues. You could have emailed me 24 hours or sooner but didn’t, but waited 10 minutes before my appointment. Please treat me the way you want to be treated.

Very responsive to my questions, and explained everything thoroughly and concisely. Helped fix the leaking pipe issues, and had the new requested products installed in a short time. Very satisfied and happy with the work done!

John came to fix a valve under one of my sinks that was pretty corroded and started dripping. He showed up right on time, was very friendly and professional. He discussed what my options were to fix the problem and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He also answered a lot of questions I had about plumbing and maintenance to keep things working at my house. Other valves will need to be replaced at some point and I will definitely contact John again for the job!

Having used Plumber John in the past, I didn't hesitate to call him for recent problems. He arrived at the scheduled time, was able to make two repairs in an hour, explaining as needed, and I found his prices reasonable. Would highly recommend NC Master Plumber!

John did a great job in repairing a pipe leak around my hot water tank, Great Job! and in fact made an improvement and some suggestions to reduce any future issues around my hot water tank. This is my first time experience working with NC Master Plumbing and would highly recommend. Top quality work, very honest, knowledgeable and a great guy who cares about what he does. Would recommend NC Master Plumber to anyone.
